Recorded over 2 years (2014-2015) at various Cosmic Ark locations in Western Australia and Victoria including White Peak and Fitzgerald Street Studios, Geraldton and the Sonic Moon Studio, Melbourne.
These recordings were not intended as finals but were captured in pre-recording writing sessions. The intention is always to document and so the imperfections were worked with and left in.

Track Name: Make The Most Out Of What You've Got, Take What You Get Then Shove It
Far out beyond meagre pines
There's a monster of a fern
We're not talking the size of a school bus
The size of a godamn football field, around
Lets not go for glory
I don't think you could handle the truth
You wouldn't know what to do with freedom

It stood over the townsfolk
almost like a beacon
of what they were afraid of
It swayed in the wind
and showered them all
with ash

far out cries could be here by the people of the town
as they trucked away the forest
one log at a time
and shipped away their dreams
In smoke

The giant fern said
"No! You can't take that",
It set itself on fire
and they all went back to their condos
Track Name: Charlie Drew First Or Calcium
I want silence in the court of amnesty
I find solace in the pursuit of perfection
Peace under law.
A divided state under political upheaval
Dance to the beat of democracy
demarcate the lines of inequality
When you point your finger we'll Rock the casbah
From inside a cave I (never) heard a whisper

Propagation saves lives
Litigation never saved lives

Money is not the answer
Wealth is a tool for destruction
The dinosaurs are rolling in their graves
Sumping and bubbling
Let's put a kink in the pipeline
Let's put a plaque here in remembrance
The age of ruin here lies
Technology never freed us from the fields

Now I'm rolling out my war machine
Gun down the system
the breakdown scheme
